The Liberal Democrats in Government are set to provide more money to give every child in Name a fair chance, meaning that no child is left behind in our area.
Children from two years old through to when they are twenty, will receive a share of over £7billion that will be spent giving disadvantaged children the fair start they deserve in life.
The plans include more access to pre-school education for two years olds; more money to help poorer pupils in the areas where they live and help to ensure every bright child has the opportunity to go to University – regardless of their background.
Cllr Scott Collins in welcoming the announcement said, “Helping the most disadvantaged children in Name schools will mean help for all children. It will also help us build a fairer society for everybody in the South Northamptonshire area, with less crime and lower youth unemployment.”
